In today's practice, reclaim your Power of Choice.
Taking the time to decide what feels like a YES and what feels like a NO in your body. As always, we'll move slowly and mindfully, and you'll explore the different postures and shapes that work for You. I'll provide instructions but ultimately, you'll decide :)

The S.Y.M practice emphasizes on moving mindfully, sensing the internal effects of each pose, each movement versus wanting to achieve a perfect pose. The key is to understand how you move and where you hold your tension, where energy is stuck. This class is a space for you to feel, then consciously decide and choose what works for you.
The final relaxation is an essential moment to integrate with guided meditation and/or soothing music and sounds.
