The S.Y.M practice emphasizes on moving slowly and mindfully, sensing the internal effects of each pose, each movement versus wanting to achieve a perfect pose. The key is to understand how you move and where you hold your tension, where energy is stuck. This class is a space for you to feel, then consciously decide and choose what works for you.
The final relaxation is an essential moment to integrate with guided meditation and/or soothing music and sounds.
